At The Kwad, we feel the pride and passion students and alumni feel for their historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and the love brothers and sorors feel for their black Greek letter organizations (BGLO) is not reflective in the quality of apparel available to express it. We feel this because we are graduates from black universities and are Greeks. We seek to change that with your help.

Apparel has always been a medium that allows you to show and display support for and pride in your school or organization. For more than 25 years you've had the same bland choices. So after all that time, we're changing the game by placing the power of design and selection in your hands. Here's how it works.

• Artists can submit designs that speak to the black collegiate experience through our ongoing, open submission process based on a variety of themes.
  
• Registered participants grade designs on a five star scale and provide feedback to the artist.
  
• Top designs are selected based on your rating and made available on a variety of tees and fleece for purchase. Artists of chosen designs are compensated.

Fresh designs will be available for sale every two weeks while existing selected designs will be "retired" after 60 days. So make sure you come back regularly to grade designs and see what's new on The Kwad.

It's a simple process that puts you in control. Celebrate your black college, university or Greek letter organization your way with The Kwad.
